Position: PhoNation Craft Specialist
Salary: $14 / hr

Reports to: Ops Supervisor / Ops Manager

Role Overview:
Assist in the packing & shipping of all PhoLicious Instant Pho Bowls.  This position will consist of either sitting at an assembly table (temp controlled environment) putting items into bowls in an assembly line type manner, or packing bowls into 4 packs for shipping / loading pallets.  Fast paced & detailed oriented individuals needed.  MUST wear provided PPE (hair net, beard nets , gloves, arm hair guards). Headphones ok. No phones, no texting.  Owners may be live on social media in the background.

Qualifications:
Will need to pass a background and subject to random drug screenings. High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks & priorities. Fast paced & detailed oriented individuals needed

Position: Operations Manager
Salary: $40,000 per year

Role Overview:
As the Operations Manager at PhoLicious, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth & efficient functioning of our daily operations. You will oversee the shipping team, manage online orders, & lead the line production team (including joining the production line as well at times).  Your attention to detail & commitment to maintaining our high-quality standards will contribute to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate & execute the logistics of outgoing orders for direct-to-consumer sales & wholesale orders to various retail chains. Ensuring timely delivery & accurate fulfillment. Lead & support the line production team in daily operations, ensuring production targets are met. This also includes assisting your team in the packaging process of PhoLicious instant pho bowls.

Qualifications:
Will need to pass a background and drug screening upon hire. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in operations management or a related field are a plus. Previous experience in operations management, production supervision, or related roles.  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks & priorities.

Attention to detail & a commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Excellent communication skills to coordinate with teams & work cross-functionally. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment & adapt to changing priorities. Basic computer skills & familiarity with inventory management software.
